After some awful conversations with dealers in my area yesterday, I changed to Granger. I talked to the guy there leading up the Bronco reservations. He was awesome and had an answer to every question I asked. They have a plan and and are completely ready. In another thread on here I saw Granger...
Albert @Granger Ford great to speak with you today. Happy I made you my dealer and Jamie sent me a note confirming the change. You're my 2nd dealer change and I've had more communication and details in a few hours than 6 months. Looking forward to working with you!
@MarcTut I just talked to them. They told me "we'll be at least MSRP" so I am not going to be using them since that leads me to believe they could mark up
@Deano Bronc Did you get any more info from Tom Wood Ford? I called Andy Mohr today and they said "we'll be at least MSRP" so I'm def not using them. I talked to Bill Estes again and the guy said they didn't know why they wouldn't be able to do X-Plan so that was the latest on them.
I'm on the same page. I work in supply chain / logistics for eCommerce and it's been a ridiculous year. You can only do the best you can with this situation and hope for things to come together in the end. Personally, this has made me happy because I wanted to wait for MY22 with the hope of...
@Deano Bronc Same here. I managed to get my reservation day 1 in the first 2hrs. I hope we can choose options that push it to 2022 and then take advantage of new options that open up later.
The dealership I spoke with did indicate they should be able to offer the same price as X Plan, so we'll see. I couldn't get a straight answer on if I could use my reservation for a 2022 model if I want the white top. Anyone know if we can use our reservation for a 2022 model instead of a 2021?
I live in Plainfield and I have had so much frustration with dealers. I finally got a great person to speak with me at Bill Estes in Brownsburg. He was kind, honest, and sent me all sorts of info he had. Of course I had seen it all on here but he was really cool. I'll probably switch to them...
Personally, I'm very happy with how it looks. This is exactly what I've been planning to go with, so I'm glad to see pics of it in real life. I'll just add the roof rails and be good to go :)
I'm a fan! Excited to see good pics of the interior. Gonna go Cactus Gray so I think this should go well with it. Hoping the carpet on the back of the rear seats is not part of the production vehicle.
@Deano Bronc Exactly. I called the guy out on that and his response "we are the biggest dealer in the area so we'll have the best price" I am not confident in having them as my dealer now. I'll give them this week to see if they call me back. If not, I'll change
Saw two Bronco Sports at Andy Mohr in Plainfield on my way home from the airport. They had them marked up over MSRP. The guy I talked to had no info on full size Bronco pricing. Said he'd have a manager call me, but that was Friday night and nothing yet. They have a Base and Badlands available
@MarcTut I reached out to Andy Mohr again yesterday. They had no information to pass on. I'm thinking I'll give it to end of next week and then consider switching
@Deano Bronc Thanks! I think I'll try and get over there this weekend to see it. In other news, I've followed-up with Andy Mohr again and no info on any pricing. I'll give it a week and then switch to Bowen or Ruxer
@DeMag1969 That's awesome. I'm getting a BD 2 door, 2.7 with mid. Appreciate the details as Bob Bowen isn't that far since I'm in Danville. I'll see what Andy Mohr comes back with and switch if necessary.
