Cool. I did the same thing with a pair of BD S1 with the trail lens. They are tucked back somewhat protected by the skid plate.

I should have mentioned that. my 01 Excursion 7.3 would stall if I plugged in the MX+. I use the MX+ to read diagnostic codes only.. For programming I use the EX wired version. As mentioned much safer. https://www.obdlink.com/products/obdlink-ex/

All of my NOCO 5 and 10s Genius can do lead acid, agm and lithium. Just have to cycle the mode button. They are fantastic. Have them on tractor, mower, utv, bronco and f350. Every battery is 4yo or more. No problems on any of them. Some equipment sits months between uses

That was one of greatest advantages to putting an Atlas TC in my Rubicon. Used extensively in steep descents in Moab where tractions wasn’t an issue. With the 6MT and the Lo Lo on Atlas crawl must have been 150-200:1. No brakes needed
