That rash isn't bad at all, could be repaired fairly easily. The chip in the sidewall may need to be looked at. I'm considering getting an extra set of 32s for daily driving since the 35s are killing my mpgs.

Yes they will fit, but the tire shop will have a hell of a time putting them on. Your wheels are the same width as my black diamonds and I just put on SAS-spec tires on my OEM wheels.
