Been wanting a transmission skid for while but wasnāt sure if one would rub the anti rock sway bar. I was going to get either the Talon aluminum or the LOD. I ended up with the LOD it weighs only 30lbs and I got it for around 270 shipped with a coupon code. Fits great not even close to rubbing...
Iāve got mine mounted in my front bull bar and I hardly ever need to wipe it off. I wipe my rear factory camera on the spare tire off all the time. I suspect no matter what youāll need to clean it off every now and then if you mount it on the rear.
And so much bad information is giving out on the FB group and the Bronco groups in general on FB. I always try to direct new people here. I always refer to this forum as the bronco 6g bible.
Wish I knew more that went on in this thread seems like it could have been interesting.
Not a shock guru but youād think with an extra 25 or 30lbs that a portal weighs hanging down below the coilover that they would need to be tuned for that extra unsprung weight.
They still havenāt released this grill you must have a one-off. I was wanting the amber lights to match my headlights but looking like it might never get to the market.
Pretty sure thereās even a comparison video that poop patty did and the radfloās were mentioned on the stiff side. So itās not just me saying it.
Screw radflo. I jumped in a bronco with radfloās and just moved it probably 150 or 200feet down the trail and it rode ruff as sh!t compared to how mine felt. Mines like riding on a magical carpet compared to how his felt to me. Maybe his valving is extra firm but It was crazy stiff.
Ive had mine for awhile now with many off road trips and I really like them. They are a little soft but it rides so good Iām leaving it as is. I do have a little body roll but itās kind of a trade off. Also I donāt have a rear swaybar and Iām using a rock jock antirock swaybar. When you put it...
I thought I had bump steer once and it turned out be my front tires were starting to wear a little funny. When I got new tires it all went away. Technically with IFS you shouldnt have hardly any bump steer unless you have parts wearing out like ball joints or crazy tie rod angles from being...
I recently got a 23 quart BougeRV and love it. Perfect size not heavy at all, my wife will be borrowing it. Has a small foot print and gets cold really fast itās more than perfect for day trips. Iāve just been leaving it in the bronco plugged up. While plugged into the rear 12v the bronco still...
Great review. Iām also enjoying their dash camera. I have my rear camera mounted on my bull bar in the front to use as a spotter. Hereās a short clip.
