I saw a video about this inflator from Apex Designs. The product wasn't available at that time. I'll probably get one now :)
The inflators are "tuned" to work accurately at low tire pressures unlike a more typical one. It also has a vent to calibrate it when elevation changes...
Get some chains for the Mustang, and you'll be fine. I used to drive my GT over highway 80 all the time :). Maybe you can get Ford to reimburse you haha
Places like O'Reilly auto parts will let you return the chains if you don't actually use them.
I was driving behind a cop in Lake Tahoe, CA at night. The cop either had a rear camera or just good eye sight b/c he pulled me over and gave me a fix it ticket for not having the front plate on my Mustang ☹️
I don't use sport mode that often, but I like it when driving in the mountains. It's great for uphill, and yesterday I noticed it was holding gears longer on the downhill too. Makes sense I guess. It seemed to be enough to not have to use the brakes so much.
Not sure how steep Pikes Peak is tho...
It seems like you figured out it’s the glass of the window rubbing on the rubber strips on the tailgate. You can double confirm that by driving w/the window open to see if it goes away.
If so a cheap tube of silicon grease will cure it. People also recommend Krytox, but it’s expensive compared...
The brushless compressors have more output than before, but a brushless single doesn't output more than a brushed twin.
The specs (scroll down) say a single brushless will do 4.59 CFM (at 0 psi), while the brushed twin does 6.16 CFM (a difference of 1.57). At 29 psi the output is less, but the...
I'm super interested in this. I've mounted my twin compressor on a MOLLE panel in the rear, but the panel wobbles and rattles from the weight of the compressor (my assumption).
I noticed that the new single brushless compressor has a 100% duty cycle, while the current single only has 50%.
With...
I wonder how much of this is a cover your A$$ move so that he looks better in the eye of the courts.
I also thought the same thing when they shipped some green shackles to someone recently.... Maybe they pulled those shackles off of a vehicle or had them lying around, and shipped 'em to show...
The app is just the web site packaged into a mobile app. It lets a web site feel like a mobile app, b/c you can install it from the app store, and use it like any other app.
This works great for the web site owner, b/c you don't need iOS/Android developers to build your mobile apps. Once setup...
What do you guys mean by "the Bronco does not lease well"?
Does it have to do with using it off road? Or maybe that it's costly at the end of the lease term (if you want to keep it)? Or maybe it's better for the dealer to sell than lease so they can be more flexible on price?
I've never leased...
In one of the threads about noises, this ticking sound from the rear/left was a wire that is left unconnected (I forget what for). This might be one of the droids you're looking for
I really wanted to buy from them but won't. I'd feel more comfy if they switched to a kickstarter type of business model.
"We're gonna build a batch of these widgets when we get to 50 orders." Then CMUNICATE in some easy way where we're at in the process and don't charge me until we get to the...
Would love to see pics of the smoked taillights on a shadow black Bronco, or maybe I'll just order... A quick copy/paste I did makes me want to get the red ones, it's almost too dark.
Anyone?
PS: I think these are still on sale until 9/8 :)
