I've sat thru a lot of Sales meetings that the same information could of been conveyed by a thoughtfully worded email. And now with Covid that happens to be my situation at work plus a ton of phone calls and texts.

I don't know why you even called them. They can't change the reservation for you. Only Ford Customer Service can.

Only if they have multiple reservations and at the very least it should be refundable because it's a huge stretch to buy/order a vehicle you have never seen in person or driven.
