I like the idea. I'm not real sure about the actual practicality of it but like Rustys said above, the oh shit bar is interesting. This definitely has me thinking...
I'm commenting just to be able to follow the thread. Definitely interested in this. I was going to build my own but at that price point, it's hard not to go this route.
Is there anyone that sells just the base mounts for the driver and passenger side grab handles? I like the idea of having the option of putting whatever mount I decide there. I guess I could buy the whole thing from Mabett if I had to.
It's a nice park. Plenty of trails and obstacles for beginner and on up. I live in El Dorado, AR so its about a 2hr drive for me but we go up there quite a bit. It's definitely worth your while to make a trip up at least once. There are campsites there also if you want to stay.
There are...
Lots of weekend trips to the Ouachita and Ozark mountains. Hot Springs Off Road Park. Big 14 day trip out west to Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce, 4 days in Moab, Ouray, and all of the in betweens. Looking forward to it.

I ordered a Badlands this past weekend and was told 8-12wks minimum but realistically should expect it around the April/May timeframe. After waiting over 2yrs on the last one I ordered, this should be a piece of cake. Hahaha
I posted this in the Ark Club thread as well but I wanted to share here too since we’ve all been through hell the past few months…
Well guys, it happened. Super excited. And I just wanted to kick a shout out to Karl Malone Ford in Eldorado, AR. Specifically GM Kevin Kidwell and my sales guy...
Well guys, it happened. Super excited. And I just wanted to kick a shout out to Karl Malone Ford in Eldorado. Specifically GM Kevin Kidwell and my sales guy Jason Parnell. They’ve been great through the whole process. Honored MSRP and even stayed until almost 9pm tonight because I was stuck in...
My claim to fame as far as Karl goes was that he bought me a Peace Tea and paid for my gas in Ruston, LA when I was in college. Around 2003 or so. He was there to watch his daughter play ball.
It’s been a long wait but it’s finally here. I’m one of the lucky escapees of Ice Mountain. Will be picking it up Thursday evening since I’m out of town working.
I know there are a lot of upset people on this particular thread and I apologize in advance but I’m stupid excited. After all the craziness, Ice mountain, etc… it’s finally here.
