Original order with a different dealer is in my signature line that still hasn't been scheduled. Called another local dealer that is smaller who was very upfront with his allocations. He said lets try it so we placed the same build minus the tow when banks opened on 03/27 and received a May 15...
Hi all, just received my email which is great but heres the kicker which will piss people off.
Original order with a different dealer is in my signature line. Called another local dealer that is smaller who was very upfront with his allocations. He said lets try it so we placed the same build...
Has anyone ever been scheduled that wasnt previewing first? Looks like another dud week for me. Still unscheduled clean at PC10. Trying to hold out hope that the last 14,000 or so of us left actually sneak in for scheduling before the large surge of new orders gets cycled in but that seems to be...
One easy way to check is to go to ford.com and chat with them about your order, they will need the 4 digit order code and the sales code right above the order code on your sheet to look it up, they can also tell you the priority code you are sitting at, takes about 5 mins and is pretty painless
So 300 units scheduled for you guys and will damn near get completed. Now I wish I would have jumped on the Grainger train because I only live 90 minutes away!
Anyone who bought an outer banks base and added larger tires and rims to compete with the Sas have issues with rock chips? I believe the fender flares on the Sas package are wider to accommodate this.
Yes there was a lot of constrained build emails that went out last week. Mine wasnt lucky to be drawn so I look forward to the new group posting build dates before mine here very soon! I did place another order at a different dealer yesterday that was pretty open about their allocation numbers...
Absolutely not. I have an open order from Jan 2022 at one dealer and just placed the exact same order at a different dealer trying to better my odds. I will pay more at the second dealer but if I dont get built this year my price protection drops from last year anyway.
Thanks, that is good to know but we also have the order bank issue to deal with now. Still holding out hope but they have yet to respond this week which is also concerning. Thanks for sharing!
Feeling the same, starting to feel like my Dealer blows. They wont tell me allocation numbers like it is a government secret but continue to tell me it should be built no problem sometime this year but that was before the Mar 27 announcement. Now their allocations will probably get pulled for...
It was a 2500 dollar dealer installed option. I want both tops. I am a previous jeep owner so I stored the HT in summer and installed a soft top for easy off/on but need the hard top for snow load.
Oxford White Outer Banks with Sas/Lux/MIC/Tow/Keypad/Aux Switches and a retractable soft top option.
Pretty loaded Mall Crawler so I know I am going to be a tough one to get built but I dont want to give on anything so I am prepared to roll with it just hate losing PP if it doesnt make the cut...
Thanks Bryan, Great explanation so short answer is yes,
I have a pretty high chance of getting passed over if someone with a trim/option with less constraints could take that dealers allocation over mine for a new order placed next week.
For those in the know and since my dealer is not divulging allocation #'s...
Are allocations tied to just a Bronco with nothing else taken into consideration as far as trims/options?
The reason I ask is that when the banks open the 27th and lets's say a low level trim with zero constraints is...
100% accurate. If I would have found this forum prior to me ordering it would have made a world of difference. MY dealer still tells me they do not know what their allocation # is.
And since they are allowing the constraints to be ordered you will also get bumped by people with the same build at different dealers because they have allocations. Welcome to the sh..show
I would just like to say Thank You to all of the Honest and Open Dealers on this Forum because my local dealer is still stating they do not know how many allocations they have but I should get built this year.
