    No. But a bunch of people got emails on build week changes from Ford, most pushed into Aug. looks like comms blackout was lifted or partially lifted.

    Interesting as this makes sense. It matches the statement in the email that if you option for a MIC, there will be a longer wait. At this point, a forecast of available MIC tops for the remainder of the year should be known. I donā€™t think the output of tops will jump in 2 quarters.

    I assume scheduling is done based on when parrā€™s are forecasted to land. Theyā€™re not holding stock of parts for 45-60 days. If those numbers that were forecasted donā€™t materialize then being pushed out can happen.

    Understood. I dealt with a ā€œpotentialā€ supply contract for another OEM. The terms were pretty great if everything went well. Was really bad if it went sour. As in said OEM would take over and essentially own our company. We respectfully passed on the deal.

    Even though this didnā€™t go out to VIN holders, Iā€™m reading between the lines that if you have a VIN with a MIC top, be prepared to be pushed out as youā€™re locked in.
