To anyone that cannot flash back to stock with the "ECU Read Not Valid" error: contact FRPP tech line via phone. Emails to [email protected] seem to be poorly routed and won't get a response for a technical issue.
In my case the BIN for the stock tune on the programmer was invalid and required...

Can Lethal offer any level of support for those that have bought through you? I've seen at least a few issues mentioned here, and some while searching.
Otherwise I assume we need to contact Ford Performance directly?
19k miles in and it's still driving me nuts.
Most recently installed the Ford foam engine cover. It helps some with the high frequency ticking that is clearly injector noise. However, the low tone, diesel-ish, sounding like it's trying to grind up walnuts sound persists.
It's half paid off...
I received an email back this morning that suggests they did something on the back-end to "reset" my tool. This requires me re-syncing the Procal4 with my laptop, then going back to the truck.
Won't have a chance to check it until late this afternoon.
Same issue, same truck. I called it in as well.
I can read gauges, and set gear/tire size but it hangs on reading the stock cal.
This is what we call... a buzzkill.
I haven't looked at how the exhaust is constructed, but I can say the sound reminds me of when I've had exhaust "donut" gaskets wear out in the past. Kind of a metallic chirp/creak/rattle.
