@Grewupinabronco when you're sitting in the driver's seat, does the steering wheel line up with your center or is it offset to the left a bit?
The 1st gen Xterra wheel is offset to your left nipple. It was odd at first, but I eventually got used to it.
Hoping it's centered.
Pretty sure the twin stick has 3 levers. 2 for the front and rear differentials and one for the gear ratio selector.
Yes, they have cables, but those cables are connected to the levers in the cab.
