Fact. The factory jack will be crap. If you need a low profile, (not sure you would for a minivan) you can always get a jack extension and not have to buy a second jack. But if you are rotating tires with 4, a second jack makes life easier. You can run a 5 tire rotation with one jack. I store...

I would never go back to that dealer for service. Insurance? FU. I guess there is no warranty supplement for the Bronco? Ford basically says, put on a helmet and 5 point seat belt and go whip the Raptor, its covered unless you hit something or jump to far.

I'd check teh panel gaskets, if they were fine, I'd be headed to the dealer. Show them the pic and demand a loaner as the deployment of the airbags is in question.
