Right click > Inspect> CTRL F, search "vin" no quotes, A bit above where it highlights "vin" in upper right window find hidden="hidden" and delete it, hit enter. A vin entry search bar will pop up. Type your vin in and see.

Ford's page did this to me yesterday. Kicked me out and wouldn't let me back in. Try closing the page, clearing your cache for that site and going back in.

It does give me some hope, but my dealer couldn't provide me anything more than it looks built to him and could be anywhere from 1-3 weeks delivery. The same day I was told by Ford CS that estimated date for production was March 19th, but that it could change at any time.
