I'm also built now (since 11/28) and waiting for shipping. I reached out to Ford chat who informed me "the status of your vehicle order is "Released". This means the vehicle has been released from the plant to a carrier and is awaiting shipment".
When my bronco was marked built on 11/28...
This is my understanding and experience with USAA (I'm in CA). I have the option of windshield replacement through Safelight or anyone else. If I go through someone other than Safelight, then I pay the full cost and then submit a claim which USAA is supposed to pay (minus my deductible).

Definitely banking on the EDD. It will be interesting to see when I get the shipped email and if there's a change to the delivery date. I'm expecting pickup from the dealer in Jan...if it happens in Dec then I'm pleasantly surprised.
Don't they have another available Finance person that can complete the transaction for you? (Their website shows 6 individuals in Finance.) Why do they require you to work with a specific one?
I got the built email last night. EDD is now 12/15-12/21. I'm on the West Coast. (When I chatted with Ford support on 11/19 and was informed that I was on chip hold, my "ETA shows dec 02-Dec 08"...although, I did not clarify if "ETA" was EDD or when chip hold was expected to be resolved.)
Same here: 4dr Badlands (High, MIC, Tow)...blend date of 11/10..."In Production" date of 11/14...via support chat, confirmed on chip hold...still "In Production"
Blend date of 11/10. In Production as of 11/14.
Same/similar info from chat: "It shows that it was produced. The ETA shows Dec 02-Dec 08, 2022. The vehicle is on hold on a micro chip hold."
I'm not sure how 12/2-12/8 will be met considering that I'm in California....
