I have washed my two door hardtop around 10 times in automatic car washes without a single drop of water leaking into the interior… Also hand washed it a few times.

Hello…. The bike rack is a Kuat NV 2.0 with a hitch extender to fit with the spare tire on the back. The rack is quite heavy duty and capable of carrying heavier electric bikes, because my next eventual purchase will be an electric mountain bike. The rack does tilt down but unfortunately not...

My center console VIN plate was taped to the framed window sticker if that helps…. And there is a phone number for contacting Ford in the enclosed cover letter so that would be best for contacting them re your concern . It’s an awesome little kit for sure…..
