  1. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

That is something I thought about as having a Bronco for a dedicated off-roader I should have a locking diff, but seeing this video made me second guess myself and asking if I need a locking diff.
  2. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok thanks. Where I live I do see a lot of trucks get stuck in the snow.
  3. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Thanks for your thoughts and I understand what you are saying it is better to not need Lockers and have them then need Lockers and not have them.
  4. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok thanks I will certainly do that. I now think most of the people on other forums and sites that say you need Lockers to offroad are people that are mall-crawlers because they say without lockers you will have a mall-crawler.
  5. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok so would you say that if an aftermarket limited slip front and rear diff came out it would be better to get a non-sasquatch Base Bronco.
  6. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok it sounds like I need to attend one of these Off Roadeos to figure out what I need.
  7. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Yeah it would be better to have someone else with a winch in case there is nothing to winch to
  8. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok thanks for you input. That would be a good way for me to tell if the Sasquatch is necessary or not is to attend the Off Roadeo.
  9. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

So from what I understand from what you are saying is if you don't have lockers you should get a winch and recovery gear? I have already seen quite a few Broncos with 37" tires on this forum so you are definitely right about that one.
  10. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

I would think it would be more fun as well. I also think it would be more rewarding too since you are getting through the trails with experience and luck, instead of making it easier with a locker.
  11. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok thanks for the info. I don't think the trails around me are much harder but I will do more research and figure out if I need Lockers to run this trails. Sorry to everyone if this has been asked before but I tried to find the answer before and everyone for the most part said you need Lockers.
  12. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Thanks for the info and the history of lockers. I was wondering what people did without lockers on the original Broncos when they first came out and were new, now I think I know.
  13. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Thanks for your thoughts. I understand what you are saying. I would be buying a Bronco as a dedicated off-roader but most of the trails I would be on are rated as easy or medium according to AllTrails. That is why I have this question. I was told to offroad you need Lockers but this video shows...
  14. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Ok thanks for the info. I am new to all of this and heard that lockers are necessary if you plan on offroading when this video shows me different it had me wondering.
  15. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Yes it does create a problem because now some people like me won't know if the Off-road trails I will go on will need Lockers at all. Most of the trails I live by and be on most of the time are rated as easy or medium according to AllTrails. It makes me think I don't need to buy anything more...
  16. Do Most People That Off-road Need Lockers

Hi everyone, I didn't see this video posted, so I thought I would share it. It is a video of a Base non-sasquatch Manual Bronco with a lift and the wheels off of a sasquatch model. This model has open differentials. To me it seems as though to get through most trails that are light or medium...
