Most would agree that the 2023 Lexus GX grille is not pleasant to look at but I'm sure proponents of the GX on this thread are referring to the redesigned 2024 model.
The GX is also built on the same platform as the Toyota 4runner which is a very capable off road vehicle. I prefer the Bronco...
Car prices in Canada are just overly inflated relative to the national level of income. Tough to give up the reservation but I don’t blame you. Hope you find yourself in one down the road.
Specialty trims like the TRD Pro have definitely seen a lot more inflation. Though if you look at a SR5 4x2 crewmax a 2023 starts at 46k whereas a 2021 was closer to 40k - so not as dramatic.
I agree that a mid level trim is unlikely to reach 80k. If they bump the starting price to ~65k which seems reasonable for all the new features, that would put the premium trim in the area of 70k or a bit higher.
As a somewhat relevant comparison when the new Sequoia debuted the MSRP rose 8k...

I feel the same way. If they made the Sunrider match the MIC top color (or at least a lot closer) I would definitely get it. It contrasts too much for my liking in it’s current black.
