They need Chrysler colors like ASAP. The boring dark metallic trend as mainstream is not doing it for me anymore. You know how good this truck would look in Go Mango or Sublime Green or B4 Blue? FCA knows colors. Their pastels are just the best. Living in Seattle which is gray anyway, you dont...
I think those are add on optional 35 beadlocks. They aren't the Sasquatch package beadlock ready ones. Those are different. This particular one which is in a lot of the ones Ford trotted out for the launch is not the standard wheel on any of the trims.
I think the 2.7 V6 is underpowered. So that's the extent of my doubting even more the 4 cylinder. It just isn't sitting well with me after a week of being excited and thinking about it. 5000+ pounds (with Sasquatch) on that small displacement leads me to think it will not he durable. Probably...
>5000 pounds is just too heavy for a 2 door. Even with 35s. I'm starting to think these are going to be underpowered even with the 2.7. Going to wait to see how it shakes out as far as real world driving tests.
But is that really true? The stats say any trim level with Sasquatch package have the same increased width. Its the same. So I am thinking there are other suspension changes and its not that. Correct me if I am wrong.
What is the difference between a Base with the Sasquatch package and the 2.7 auto, and the Wildtrak? What are the suspension differences between the two?
I think your guys deal like over in FCA land and the Toyota one above is that they are not ergonomic like the Ford one. The Ford one basically has no edges for most of the body, its all rounded. There is no jerry can, or notch button so its not like that. Which is actually why I suspect they...
Key fobs pointless design these days. You never take it out of your pocket for anyone to see it. All the trims have standard keyless go. I can't remember the last time I took out my Mustang fob out of my pocket when out and about. I probably never have.
Its the market segmentation. Its a baja runner type package, think Raptor. This is also an offroad vehicle. The trend in off road vehicles is the larger the tires the more desirable. Thats the current market. Its why most people on here are getting the Sasquatch option. You would be a...
Ford is horrible with colors. And I have basically only Fords for 30 years. Did have a Ram 1500 as well which I loved to death. You know who does colors well? Chrysler. They do 2 things exceptionally. V8 powertrains and colors. This Bronco calls for the Chrysler palette. A baby blue, a bright...
I need to clear something up. That interior CAN NOT be created with a kit. This is not a kit version. It includes everything from the dash color to the pull straps, to the color and design of the oh sh-t handles, to the custom seat pattern for the seats. I know a lot about Katzkin interiors...
Me too. See my post from earlier. Really peeved about it because Ford sent that thing out to all the launch reviewers who mostly all included it in their launch videos. Come to find out you can't even get it even with a WildTrak! That is not a great customer experience.
Its not the video. Ford was running that model with that interior everywhere for the launch videos. Many legitimate large auto media and youtubers have that exact interior in their videos. Thats what annoys me the most about the whole thing.
