I live in a student neighborhood in Boston and sense an increase in maturity and seriousness among the younger Z's. They dress better (yeah, young but not slovenly). More are out running in the morning. Less car ownership, judging by street parking. I also read reports that Z's are showing up...

Sorry, I can't help you there. I developed a good relationship with a tech at my dealer. I always ask for him when I get service, even if I wait, and I hire him on his own time to do things (mostly electrical) I can't. He wired my 40-inch Heretics, my Heretic ditch lights, Heretic dome lights...

I have the TrailRax TRMX with the side PakRax (which I don't use much, but they do look cool.)
It's very sturdy, have used it a lot, no problems. Caveats:
1) It secures to the rear "clambox" roof section. Once it's up, taking it off to go completely topless will be a major un-install job...
