I had the same issue with the washer reservoir on my 2022 BMW 7 series. It completely ruptured on the bottom. Very poor design and disappointment.

Take the ball mount, remove the ball, flip the mount over and reinstall the ball. That will raise the attachment 3-4 inches and solve your problem.
