    Youre right about them handling this completely wrong, Iā€™ve spoken to ford on like 5 occasions. Ford told them, dealer, to just replace canvas and they broke the canvas. Ford made them piece fix. I asked about buying me a soft top and they said no. im getting fucked dry by both parties.

    They are acting as if it wasn't an option. I have brought it up and the dealer is stating that is not how Ford "does things" (verbatim). They understand, my frustration but blah blah blah

    No doubt! This will be the last Ford I buy. Either my dealership or ford have been doing their jobs. Incredible how they are wasting money with a rental. They could have gotten me 2 tops by now.

    Once the warmer months come, I will buy a good cover and store it at my house. Thinking of adding a pavilion with metal roof to my to my Pergola. Essentially it will become a carport.
