That guy's just being a tool, he has no idea what he's talking about. I know the body doesn't look bad, but it took a hit from a car going fast enough to pull it 15 feet down the street...
We'll definitely have options, I'll keep this thread posted on all the details. Whether it's repair details and length, replacement, or buy-back and build.
Hey man I hope not, but the suspension is destroyed at 4 corners, the car started leaking, and it likely has frame and drivetrain damage. The whole point of the Bronco is its drivetrain and suspension right? Must have been a pretty fast shopping cart! I'll keep this thread updated.
They hit a car before ours, then lost control and hit the front tire area effectively at a 45 degree angle vs. a sideswipe. Pretty f'd up underneath throughout, wouldn't be surprised if there was frame damage based on how fast he was going and the fact that the impact dragged the 5,000lb bronco...
Less than a week later, some drunk asshole sped down a residential street, hit a door dash delivery driver's car, and lost control into the Bronco...

Probably totaled, but we'll...
True, that's kind of where I'm at too - I bought my Audi for practical driving in the meantime and still have my weekend toy, but when the Bronco is ready I'll definitely be happy!
It's cool that they're doing charity and cranking out Raptors already.
But as a day one reservation holder who has submitted multiple builds for a 2-door wildtrak with no build date....
I reserved in the first 10 mins and have submitted 2 builds (2-door wildtrak, lux, MIC, etc.). At this rate it'll be a nice retirement gift to myself in 2055.
Keep pushing the media angle. Screwing over a combat veteran by a major American auto manufacturer? Are they nuts? Jeep would probably put you in a rubicon for your troubles as a marketing expense. Give em hell.
Windshield glass is laminated, it's not meant to break and fly off in the same way as tempered. That would be really disasterous on a windshield for minor breaks. Sides and rear are tempered and break away.
4,500 CAD for the full thing?! Wow. I got quoted $9400 USD to do a full car PPF on my RS5. Full front + 3-layer Ceramic Coat + Tint = $4400 on a "deal" out here.
I'd be pissed too, but the entitlement is kind of funny. I ordered my Bronco before you and don't won't have a MY21. Which customer should they do right by and get a Bronco to ASAP?
