I know what you mean. Also, the interior cabin is quite airy from what I have seen. It is 3 inches wider shoulder width and about 2 inches more headroom. Coming from a JKU, I am ready for a bigger and more refined cabin, as well as lane assist and better safety features. No doubt a unibody will...
I wonder if Ford had more design options than LR by not bringing it to Europe, and making it only for North American. The designer of the Bronco said something about that in an interview. ALso the Defender designer commented that the front they wanted to do would not pass regulations.
I too really like that vehicle, and some on this forum seemed shocked for those that cross-shop the two. I love the Pangea green, white top, combo, and the interior is really nice as well. I don't like that the nicer engine means losing the steel wheels. I agree with you that Ford has made some...
This forum has been an excellent place for me to learn so much from so many. Thanks.
I tried searching for my question but could not find it, FYI.
I want the Lux package for the safety options, 12-inch screen, sound damping, and either the MGV or Leather interior. I do not want the Sasquatch...
I agree with you about not needing a super fancy interior and really hope the MGV is as nice as I have heard. I have not heard much about the rubberized floor in the Bronco, but it seems to be very good in the Defender.
Thanks for your thoughts here. When you say
"I just wish ford did a better job on the interiors in the bronco, those release bronco interiors were awesome."
Are you saying that you have seen both interiors and "wish" Ford did a better job, or are you hoping it will be very nice, based on what...
Anyone planning to swap out tires and wheels. My Jeep dealer did this for me, happily taking my fancy alloy for steel wheels on KO2s. I am not a fan of some of the Bronco Wheel choices, especially on the OBX.
I was regretting liking the Defender because I doubt I could justify getting the one I would want (better engine, leather, moonroof, sound system, and the advanced four-wheel-drive stuff) and my builds always landed in the 70K range. I really love the Panega Green with a white roof but hated...
