I just got home from the Milwaukee event... Couldn’t have said it better myself! In fact I told my wife as much on the way home...and yes I’m even more stoked... having owned two manual trans wranglers.

I like the Nissan 4.0 for sure, but the 2.3 makes better power and the auto transmission is light years ahead of that Nissan. You won’t miss it at all...

I actually thought about it, yes. The 2.7/10A will probably be really nice. But I’m sticking with the 7spd. 99% of our market may be auto, but plenty of other locales still appreciate the manual.

Originally wanted mansquatch, even then I knew the 33” AT tires made more sense for Wisconsin winters. Ford kinda made the decision for me as I don’t want to wait til 2022 (or later?...this is Ford) I’ll be very happy with a manual badlands! I put a leveling kit and 33” Duratracs on my 2015...

I’m a second day reservation, but I really want a mansquatch. I guess I’ll see what happens when it’s time to order. If Ford says manual trans+Sasquatch will be a 2022 option, not sure what I’ll do. I’d like to keep my spot so to speak.

Good lord. Every time I turn around there is some new wrinkle from Ford. They could have gotten a Big Bend plus mid out of me, now it’ll be a manual basesquatch. Just dumb on Ford’s part.
