It can be up or down depending on region. Pretty sure they use a CDN. Went down on me after using it to lock my doors before I went for a hike. Lesson learned. Buying keypad for the next one.
Whew... Had to look at my email fast/frantically and nervous. I pre sold my Bronco because the new one was ordered and Scheduled. I am not delayed but 6 cyl Auto HE. So you guys are prob onto it being the manual.
Had the Ford ones for 3 years..... They are good but don't go up high enough to catch shoe debris. Dead peddle and Gas needs to be higher. Pretty much all the others cover this for you. 3W, Mabete, WT. Planning on getting the 3W
Halogen bulbs are not hard to find. You can even replace them with the LED counterpart if you like the style that is original to the BD.
I am sure those rear lamps are identical to the slew of other ones being sold. They are cheap and cheap enough to where you can buy and throw away without too...
I thought that someone on the forum did an install and chose to not use the overhead switches but rather upgrade the buttons on the dash. I can't seem to find this thread. Was this a dream?
I have been in many frameless window cars including ones currently made by Ford. They don't do this.... Or rather, if they do, it is done in a way that there is no banging or slapping of glass.
It got to the point in my last Bronco going over a bump would move the window so far out that I...
And it even looks like one of the eluded to options is a front license plate holder? Regardless... I am in. Prob double in with the license plate. Triple in if you have the shackles in the new red coming out this year. Not willing to be a tester if it requires hitting a dear.
Nice... I was looking to swap the D rings .... This option will give me the possibility of a bull bar as well. Very interested. Will the shackles come in all stock color options?
Exactly. It’s like the car has forgotten, what it has done if the window is auto indexed prior to starting. Like one case condition is missing in the code to check [if door is open and window is indexed down] - do nothing.
Funny, I had my switches replaced also, but only because all the rubber nubs fell off.
It’s just that this issue is not that. The window alignment is good.
The window opens and closes just fine and stops at the correct location when the door is closed.
The window auto indexes perfectly when...
That’s what I have ended up doing and forced a change in habit to close the door before I start the vehicle.
It just doesn’t make sense as to why it would do it when the door is open but not when it’s closed. I have chalked it up to a SW glitch. It was gone for a while, and then came back which...
That’s not applicable as the issue is not a pinch issue. The window works just fine going up and down. That being said, the reset procedure was done.
Why do the top cars, in this sus list, make me think of this dumb joke?
Cop: Were you drinking?
Driver: Off course I was drinking. We were at the country club.
The Ford mats are good….. Except they don’t cover everything for drivers side. Dead pedal and gas are not close enough to covering what needs to be covered. Dirt always under them.
