@12th Man Ag - Also wanted to point out, when I installed the Memphis in the kick panel, they lined right up to the Bronco factory speaker mount where the OEM woofer is. I would assume the Hertz C-165L would also line up, but I cant speak from direct knowledge on this one. Maybe some other...

@Brian_B - apologies on my reply. I tried out Memphis in the kick panel location, not Morels. (not sure how I screwed up that response :LOL: ) But I will say, I ripped them out after a week, as the loss of bass in the front was quite noticeable. I believe the stock B&O kick panel speakers...

I can tell you that the dash speakers are completely fine - no issue with hole alignment. Reminder that I did not touch my center speaker - even to this day. I will assume that your speakers for the rear Pods will also line up fine with your new larger Pods. I didn’t upsize but I can tell you...

All the speakers you have will work fine. Are they providing the adapters for all ? Also - what did you get for new pods ? I’ll be interested to get your option the C165L for the kick panels. I put my stock ones back in after my experiment with the Morels. The stocks have more bass.

I’ve been wanting to try this for a while. If you do it, please report back. I tried the Memphis but felt I lost too much bass so put the stocks back in. The C165L is supposed to be for lower bass so sounds like it could be good

Fully agree - I even called Crutchfield to ask them to change their system based on so many people using the Hertz for this vehicle. Not sure why they can't fix their system
