  1. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

No, didn't happen last week, but we knew what all was getting scheduled then for the most part...priority orders, FE, etc...This is the first week of all other retail orders.
  2. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

Ford regional manager told us not to place much weight on today's preview. Said the scheduler was doing all kinds of wonky things and they were aware of it. As I mentioned before, the Thursday preview is the one that matters.
  3. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

I'd call and ask them. Then call them back Thursday and make sure it held. If it did, then call them back Friday and ask them when you'll be getting it. They won't mind. :)
  4. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

I'm going to compare today's preview to the one on Thursday, which is the one that really matters. On other model lines, the Tuesday preview is basically worthless as it can totally change by the time Thursday rolls around while other dealers have entered orders. I don't know if that'll be the...
  5. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

I'm not going to look. Not worth my time guessing.
  6. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

My guess is they haven't ran out of parts yet, but they're definitely looking for vehicles further down the line with builds that they know don't have future "constraints".
  7. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

I have a customer with two reservations, his #12 slot being a Badlands and his #17 slot being a FE. They pulled his Badlands this week and have not pulled the FE yet.
  8. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

Without spending a bunch of time and actually going in and looking at those orders(which I'm not going to do), my guess is they're pulling a mix of units that aren't going to have constraint issues. That's the only reason they'd pull someone on my list with reservations number 142, 151, and 242.
  9. First Week of Non-First Edition Bronco Previews – A Sample of What’s Getting Previewed

Similar to my mix of 15 that is previewing. I do see they pulled a Base model that was #242 on my list. That person is going to be genuinely surprised and happy when they get their email, especially since I told them they had almost no shot of getting a 2021. :)
  10. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

There's no way I'm going to try and make heads or tails of what is previewing and what gets scheduled. I have 15 that are previewing today, and the reservation slots are as follows: 9,142,93,59,13,57,14,10,11,151,8,26,242,12,41 It looks as though they pulled a good many Base models, which is...
  11. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

Vin doesn't equate all the options, especially order codes. If you've ever ordered a vehicle from Ford, using the system we're using to order Broncos(WBDO), you'd know what I'm talking about. It's going to be a nightmare to redo them all. They knew what I was getting at when I asked the...
  12. Ford's communication around this is unbelievably bad

I spoke to the head of the Bronco team in Dearborn last week and asked him what we were going to do with all the orders that we coded 99 priority with 22MY WAIT. In a nutshell, he said we were going to have to do them all over from scratch. His words were "re-consultation" since there would be...
  13. Much More 2021 Bronco Accessories Hit Ford's Website

Anybody seen the Bimini top for 4 door?
  14. Ford Clarifies Timing of Bronco Scheduling Each Month (+ Black Onyx Interior Now Available For First Edition)

Don't think Ford has ever shared that....it's just how allocation works. We have 132 allocations, and got 25 for the June build. It can and will fluctuate some each following month. If your next 10 orders that are in line aren't buildable, they will keep going down YOUR list of customers...
  15. Ford Clarifies Timing of Bronco Scheduling Each Month (+ Black Onyx Interior Now Available For First Edition)

Not how the 20 would be allocated to them. They'd be spread out over the next 6 months. So before you ask, yes, someone at this particular dealership with a relatively early reservation date could be waiting awhile because they have such a small overall allocation number. They would more than...
  16. I am hour 1 reservation and #1 at my dealer. No email.

And I'd bet Tim Cook's family gets the I-phone 15 before the public does. The world is evil. :)
  17. I am hour 1 reservation and #1 at my dealer. No email.

The computer system used for scheduling has always lumped like builds together. Ford has stated that in some of their very first communications. So the timestamps do come into play, but they're not the ONLY variable.
  18. First Edition and “Priority Orders” the only ones being scheduled for batch #1?

They do it all the time. NY, CA, and TX got a larger majority of F-150's not to long ago. The Michigan dealers always have an advantage too. Not saying it's happening with Bronco, but it does happen with inventory all the time.
  19. The Plan & Offer - Stephens Auto Center's Mid Atlantic Bronco Connection

We had 24 allocated for June and 6 previewed. 2 priority orders we chose, 1 FE order that was my #1 reservation, 1 VIP that Ford basically just gave us, and 1 customer with two orders that is a big aftermarket vendor. I haven't seen many previewed(anywhere) that were basic 19 priorities. In a...
  20. 4/20 Email Group! BRONCO SCHEDULED FOR PRODUCTION!

Computer selects. No one at Ford behind the curtain doing this manually.
