I have a 2023 Bronco Heritage four-door so its has the hard top. I have seen others with the soft top and wire concealment seems like less of an issue.
And yes, I have the Dongar and will continue to use it to power my radar detector but as you pointed out unfortunately it does not allow for...
I will be installing a Garmin Mini 2 front dashcam and powering it with a Garmin Constant Power Cable that runs power from the OBD II port under the steering wheel to the dashcam. I had previously used a Dongar mirror adapter to power the dashcam and this worked great in terms of concealing the...
Thanks for this heads up! I have a Heritage with the smooth, white-painted hardtop. Any particular spray waxes/detailers work better with that color or will the above detail sprays work just fine?
So here's a piggyback quesiton to my original post: Assuming I will have a dedicated set of winter/ice tires on the car from say November through April and then have another set of rims for and tires for the summer/fall from May through October, I am thinking of having a tire that leans more...
From the Tire Rack website:
"Many drivers have experienced the benefit of using winter tires in the colder months where pavement temperatures are lower and the threat of snow and ice are always just around the corner. While you may have answered "yes" to the question of "should I get winter...
I hear that. I have two sets of wall mounted, foldable racks in my garage that were designed for race tires. I measured and they have the space for an extra set of 5 Sasquatch-sized rims and tired but fingers crossed that they can handle the weight. Yikes.
Update: Went ahead and bought a second set of rims (OEM Heritage Edition Limited rims with black centers and white lips) for the winter tires. Nokian LT3 winter tires are still out of stock at this point.
Love the custom rear camera mount! I am hoping to install a second Garmin Mini 2 for the rear and was wondering if you had any more of these custom mounts? Ii would be of course happy to pay you for the mount and for any shipping costs. Alternatively, if this was done with a 3D printer, would...
I have a front-facing Garmin Mini 2 dashcam that I have mounted in front of the rear view mirror and powered by the auto-dimming mirror using the Dongar adapter. I am interested in adding a second Mini 2 somewhere in the rear of the car to record rearward video. There is a 12v port in the...
Yes, RagnarKon got back to me and it looks like it's just sold as one unit, amp, enclosure and sub. Thanks!
Edit: RagnarKon provided the Ford Part Number for this unit as N2DZ-18C804-A. Thanks RagnarKon!
Agreed. It seems like I am ready to go (subwoofer enclosure already in my car, Ford Fusion amp readily orderable, FORSCAN programming and parts install to be done by my local Ford dealership) except for the correct part number for the OEM subwoofer itself.
Thanks so much for helping me navigate this. Here is the link to the ebay listing for what the seller lists as the "2021-2023 Ford Bronco OEM Subwoofer," part no M2DT-18808L...
I just spoke with my dealer and he suspects (but will confirm) that the difference between the M2DZ-18808Labd M2DT-18808L part numbers is that the D and T just reflect different places of manufacture but that the components are functionally the same. Will hopefully get clarification soon.
Thank again! My worry is that the ebay listing in question is for everything: The stock amp, the subwoofer enclosure (the big black plastic piece that surround the amp and subwoofer) as well as the subwoofer (speaker) itself. All I am looking for is the part number of the subwoofer/speaker...
Thanks so much! Did you happen to pull the part number from your car's system? I called my dealer and their parts department said the part number that pops up in their system is the M2DZ-18808L part number. Super confusing!
