I received the same message but my deposit was $1000. I am confused because my dealer converted my MY21 to a MY22 yesterday and it has a code of 19 now. I guess I will be calling them today.

can you share with me what exactly your dealer did to convert your order to a 2022? My dealer is clueless. I called this morning to have my order converted to MY22 with no changes…they told me they have not received anything yet on how to convert the order. WTH

Thanks for the info

I have a reservation date of 5/20/21 and a order date of 9/24/21. The problem is I have the build sheet which the dealer gave me after they put the order in, but my Ford account is still showing the reservation and not the build. What does this mean?
