  1. How much WHP from your tuned / modified 2.3?

So the dyno isn’t trustworthy and you’re not sure what’s on your own vehicle?
  2. Tailgate Hinge Unfinished Paint

They are all like this. Not a mistake
  3. Tire tread wear

I’d say your initial thought is correct. Winch weight lowered front ride height, increased negative camber which also changed your toe.
  4. Real cold air intake = cut out plastic behind grill

“Mixes” with the charged air?! It doesn’t mix with anything. The intake air gets pressurized in the compressor side of the turbo and heats up. The colder it is going in, the colder it is going out. You’re asking more from your intercooler with hotter intake temps, leading to quicker heatsoaking...
  5. Updated 2.3L coming?

Right. I was hoping the sales rep for Chevron I quoted would respond as it’s just false information.
  6. Updated 2.3L coming?

Please explain why a “tier 3” fuel or a fuel additive would help against carbon buildup on the back of an intake valve.
  7. Check engine light flashing before start up.

Sounds like you need to find a competent dealer
  8. Dealership may have driven in 4H on pavement

You think each tire is exactly the same diameter and they’re all spinning at the exact same speed? Even going in a straight line, 4H on dry pavement is unnecessary and causing stress on your driveline.
  9. Manual transmission scraping noise / grinding sound

Metal contracts when it’s cold and expands as it warms up. It seems as though cold temperatures contract a part/parts enough to cause a tolerance issue and initially expose the sound being heard. That’s my guess at least.
  10. 2.3L EcoBoost Manual Transmission slight grind noise at idle

Mine started doing this with 8k miles now that it’s starting to get below freezing. Noise stops once pressure is put on 6th gear or it’s in 6th gear. I’m waiting for an actual resolution to come out, rather than replace it with another transmission with bad bearings.
  11. Keyless entry standard equipment?

Yikes. Sounds like a not so awesome dealer. I’d be on their ass if they’re saying it has it.
  12. Keyless entry standard equipment?

I believe Ford calls it “Intelligent Access”. It’s the first feature listed on the mid package.
  13. Keyless entry standard equipment?

Did you get the mid package? I have a 22 Badlands with Mid. Does your door handle have a little bump you can touch that’s supposed to lock the truck?
  14. Catch can needed?

That’s just water condensation. Nothing that’s worth catching.
  15. Start-stop with Manual Trans.

Not really an issue with modern turbos and oil. Also, oil may still circulate for a bit after the engine is off, because science.
