  1. Interest in fixed top with a moon roof option?

Minority here but maybe not overall if it was offered. Ford could even just offer a 1 piece roof which would stop most issues. Could offer this with or without a moon roof if it was 2 pieces or even 1 piece. IMO they should be offering more hard top roof options here other than the 4 piece...
  2. Interest in fixed top with a moon roof option?

I don't understand why Ford doesn't offer a middle ground solution here which is super simple for them to make and can make an additional few $$. I think a great compromise would be for Ford to offer their hardtop in a 2 piece set. Front piece covers front and rear seats and has a manual slide...
  3. Overlanding is Dead! Is it? Finally!!

One thing many forget is how during '20 - '23 you had many folks with A LOT of additional income from working at home vs going to the office, sometimes both spouses, which amounted to a ton of personal income savings and with many not wanting to travel on planes or go anywhere, driving and...
  4. Special editions, future interior, etc... Farley from Bronco product day

Meaning Ford making that roof options with the look/quality of the Ford one. They offer a bunch of different top options. It's more money for them and needing 4K to solve the same solution for the Rally is a massive sink where Ford could offer this for thousands less. As for why they...
  5. Special editions, future interior, etc... Farley from Bronco product day

A poll on an enthusiast site isn't really an accurate poll except for those in the enthusiast category. Because the Bronco has the removable parts, it doesn't appeal to certain buyers. But it's not like you couldn't offer something to that segment that wouldn't kill the Bronco brand. You have...
  6. Special editions, future interior, etc... Farley from Bronco product day

Still shocked they haven't come out with a fixed roof model that would sell like hotcakes. And it's not the Sport. People want the look of the Bronco just with a fixed roof and pillars. You'd basically take away from the 4 Runner, Land Cruiser, etc segment. There's a market there. I think it...
  7. Best State To Live and Off-Road?

Just went through Cedar City on the way from SLC to Lake Powell, Page, AZ and on the way went through Dixie National Forest on the way down and then on the way back went through Zion and the Carmel Road and did Zion the following day. That area was definitely amazing. I would suggest looking...
  8. The best worst day

Or you could buy it and then sell it to someone on here who wants the a similar build or even that build?
  9. The best worst day

Car loans basically are one of the big things that keeps the middle class down/from ever getting fiscally sound. If you have other responsibilities like your basement, put the money there. You can always get another Bronco down the road and maybe by then these prices will have adjusted downward...
  10. 37k outstanding unscheduled Bronco orders as of Jan 25, 2023

As a shareholder I have to ask why a second plant hasn't been brought online to keep up with demand or at least at this one a 3rd shift?
  11. Broncos Not Selling —> Dealers Moving (Broncos) to Auction?

Definitely think people are starting to worry about inflation and the upcoming recession everyone is forecasting. Cars are the last thing people want to commit to. The used market is going down fast. All the dealer mark-ups due to supply constraints are done. Also you had a lot of people bring...
  12. Update: Cracking 2.0 MIC Hard Top Replaced Under Warranty

Yep. I think the reality is the mass majority probably never remove their tops doors or if they do the % of time used is so small. I think Ford is missing a big segment with not offering the fixed model...would solve the mass majority of their durability issues. I'm starting to see a lot more...
  13. Update: Cracking 2.0 MIC Hard Top Replaced Under Warranty

Thanks for update. I really wonder if Ford is considering a fixed roof/door version of the Bronco to alleviate this fiasco. I bet you 60% of buyers would opt for a non removable roof if it meant less road noise/wind/no leaks/etc. And no, not the Sport... ;)
  14. Update: Cracking 2.0 MIC Hard Top Replaced Under Warranty

I wonder how much money Ford is losing with these tops and all the replacements, issues, etc.
  15. Anyone else considering trading for the next-gen 4Runner?

I think Ford should have made 2 versions of the Bronco. Removable everything and then fixed doors and roof. I'd bet you 60% at least never remove the top or doors and would rather just have a sun/moon roof. And no the Sport is not that.
  16. 7th Gen 2030 Bronco Coming End of 2029, Together With Electric Bronco EV (TE1 Platform)

  17. Bronco camp out on Canaan Loop in Davis, WV!

  18. Sayonara! Sold my Bronco and bought a Crosstrek.

Ha exactly! Nice on the F-150. What model?
  19. Sayonara! Sold my Bronco and bought a Crosstrek.

What type of truck did you get? Going from a full size SUV to a Bronco definitely is a step down in terms of storage/utility in terms of what most use the SUV for. Bar none Ford materials quality is not top at all especially for the price point.
