Thanks so much for posting those photos. I was just looking for pix of Broncs on the truck so I, in Train-to-Truck Limbo, can visualize the next step. Going to place it on my desktop w/ candle gif flickering under it to appease the transport gods.
Thanks. Never hurts to post these references early and often, as it's hard to find something you saw on some thread even a day ago.
I am in train-to-truck limbo, not yet in palsapp or United. Was told by dealer it can take 2 weeks. Have asked @Cat to provide a Limbo tab in the spreadsheet.
I think we need a Limbo tab, too, for those of us whose trucks are sitting in the rail yard and are told it might take up to 2 weeks for delivery. it's conceivable that a limbo sitter could win the Last Bronc award.
Sitting here in limbo
Like a bird without a song
Well they're putting up...
Good news! Moving right along!
The cities in the recordings don't match up with the cities on the map. Have had to do a lot of sleuthing thru Google Maps armed with the fractured phonetics of the synthesized voice. CSX tracks all the way to CA and has better info than UP.
So now I'm in a different kind of purgatory. Steamboat is in Milpitas, where it will be, according to dealer, offloaded to truck for Santa Cruz. (Do not pass Richmond, do not collect $200.) He said it could take up to two weeks! But it's only 40 miles from him!! WTF?
VIN not showing in palsapp...
I second the motion for breakdown by trim. We know the higher trims have parts delays. There were also mumblings a while back that Ford was taking a page from Tesla's playbook and prioritizing the higher trims for more profits. That would contradict the parts delay theory, but all things being...
Thanks., I found the calculator and it came out to $447, so ballpark, and the dealer's set included the price of ceramic coating, which we are now going to do somewhere else.
