    Quick tip in regards to your Dealer having your VIN, don't rely on them or Ford on informing you. I only found out about my VIN and June Build date, when I happen to check with Ford chat for a status on June 1st. No emails from Ford, no emails from my dealer. I called my dealer to ask WTF...

    I don’t know how that bit works. Over th weekend they were giving me the ETA, as part of simply asking for my status. Today, I was on chat 3x and no one offered the ETA. When I asked what the ETA was, they said there wasn’t one. They said I’m in production though, so I’ll take it.

    Yep, my Ford Tracker looks the same. At this point I’m feeling good about no more bumps. There will be more stuff to stress about soon.

    Curious, now that we are “In production” what update can Chat give us, that we won’t get from refreshing the Ordertrack.app? I thought about cutting the chat folks a break, but if there is info that I should be chasing, let me know :) Otherwise, I’m just going to just keep refreshing the Window...

    I have the same thing!:) This morning I had a 7/1 build date. checked this evening and they said I’m in production. I asked about the 7/1 build date, and they said my build date is 6/27 and I’m in production now. I checked WS and it says it has not been released yet.

    I wonder if it depends who the Ford rep is, on whether they give you an ETA or not. Yesterday and this morning I had 7/1 build date, with ETA of 7/30-8/5. This afternoon they again gave me a 7/1 build date, but they wouldn't give me the ETA. I guess I'll have to try another Ford chat rep this...

    Or, maybe MIC and LUX are still constraints, and that's why we were all bumped to the last week before the break. Giving the suppliers more time to send these constrained parts. I have no clue though, just tossing out ideas.
