    Does anyone know if there is a trim piece that will fit the bottom side while leaving the tube step installed? I see a couple of holes, which I assume are for different steps.

    Weren’t they supposed to give some of that back to UAW after the companies got back on their feet? I mean if worker pay had kept pace with production I don’t think there’d be an issue.

    Sounds like a training, process, or buy in issue. Maybe it a problem from a supplier. Ford should do a root cause analysis and figure it out.

    Maybe if car makers focused on better paying their employees instead of record breaking profits, there wouldn’t be a strike.
