You need to replace the underscores in the link address with your order number (after the orderNumber=) and your VIN (after the &vin=). Ann make sure you leave no spaces before your order number and VIN.
I also went through the Twitter DM route. Told them my entire story of delays, checking the tracker constantly, etc. Same response: asked for more info, asked for preferred communication method, then told me a "Customer Service Representative" would contact me to discuss. When I finally got...

Looks as if this is not getting any better. But not sure whether this is good news or more bad news for those of us stuck In Production hell.
Dude, if you’re driving in Fairfax, and somebody jumps out in front of you, it might be me. My 2dr Velocity Blue has been in production hell since the 19th, with zero updates.

Looking at his previous posts, his rotation number was 7109
Which BTW, is pretty close to my 2DR OBX with a rotation of 7145, so I shall now be spending the next several hours refreshing my email and dashboard every 5 seconds.

Such a fascinating process. Years ago, I would not have had such insight into how the...
Let's hope this pans out. Would have been nice to get some communication before they slipped my 6/14 build week to 7/8. I only found out about that after contacting my dealer.
