Looks cool. I'm from the Acworth area and not very familiar with Flatland Road [Suches area]. Looks very much single-track [for a vehicle as wide as a Bronco]. Is this a one-way trail? Any issues coming head-to-head with another vehicle?
nothing, nope, nada from dealership. Heck it's difficult to get an email response most of the time! :-) Ford however, has sent a few things including a poster and the latest, a Bronco flag.
@LeshMcG thanks for the insight. I've received the email and nothing else at this point... will be on the lookout however. My changes were color, side steps [after seeing a Bronco in-person, my wife decided it would be better to have the steps from the start], otherwise, same configuration as...
@LeshMcG thanks for the info... that's more intel than I've received for some time regarding my MY22 order conversion. I "unfortunately" made changes to my MY21 build for MY22... hoping the requested build changes make it into the new order.
I'm afraid all the excitement is worn off. Now it's turned into a test of will, determination and patience as well as a little hope and luck. I'm hopeful that the actual build and price of my now 2022 WildTrak are what's going to be delivered sometime in the next year or so.
Hope is high...
I chatted with my sales person yesterday [10/14/2021]. I was informed they [Mullinax] still don't have the allocations and was also informed that there will be quarterly allocations vs. full year.
Therefore, I wasn't able to find out where I stand in line with my WildTrak build.
I ordered my WildTrak in Feb 2020... nothing, nada, zip, ziltch... End result... a lesson in patience and/or compromise. However I am hopeful that someday, my unicorn, uh Bronco will indeed be built and delivered.
I've been looking for aluminum trailers to keep the payload weight within the Bronco's published 3500lb capacity. I'm finding aluminum trailers ain't cheap, and are somewhat difficult to locate. But I have found a few, and the reduced trailer weight [over steel], allows for larger payloads. I...
"We'll do a water test on the new roof as well," Grueber said. "We'll make sure they're ready for sale."
Like keeping the water out is a secondary feature?! 🙃 Thanks Ford for having all angles covered!
What is this hammock you speak of? and a 22lb package? Hmmm... Now I'm wondering if I'm waiting this long for my "ordered" Wildtrak, while this whole time, Ford knows nothing about it?! :-D #I'mNotOnTheList :-P
