I've had them since they were available I love them! Ford completely replaced my Drivers side rear door, apparently there was a problem at the manufacturing level. The replacement was perfect!

Customer service at IAG is great, they swapped out my pair that was rusting and I dropped the new ones off at a friends shop to get Line-X’d. No worries now!

Got mine exchanged a few days ago, brought them in and had them Line-X’d. No more problems.

Haven’t heard anything

So here's the deal. These are custom made items. Unfortunately things occur in production and AR and @EIGHTLUG has been very good about doing their best to keep us updated. I waited several months for my steering wheel, dash rail, center console badge and shackles. Am I upset, nope, the goods...

Once Alexa and the "Skill" Ford Pass is connected all I have to do is say "Alexa ask Ford pass to start my car with PIN %%%%" from anywhere in the house or to my phone.
