Yea that no At on base 4 door standard is rough. I want auto and 2.7 and my budget is 40k tops. First new car for myself and budget is way higher than anything my parents ever spent on a car. Just wondering if this is worth it. 40k for a base just seems steep

McMahon Ford in Norwalk, CT is only offering MSRP pricing and honoring x-plan. They said the profit margins are too small to offer below MSRP. Additionally, they said, " Any Dealership that is offer pricing off of MSRP are only going to be doing so to decieve the customer."

Base reserve holder here. I was literally banking on the base AT standard And only paying for the 2.7 upgrade and then building up the vehicle over time. Between base cost, price for AT and 2.7 and delivery cost, it’s now nearly 40k

They still don’t seem to have prices sorted for everything which may be causing delays. Like the complete 180 turn on base 4dr being auto and now it’s manual. wondering if they’re having to sort out pricing with third parties for accessories being offered
