The Sas/FE/WT wheel pushes it out 1" from the factory, so it would be a 2" on the other trim levels. I think the key is the extra wheel width. Sas/FE/WT is pushed out an inch, but there's an inch wider wheel (probably even more on tire footprint) to help ease the difference.
In other words...
With the factory offsets being what they are (55 std 30 Squatch) it should be easy to accomplish by using a wheel with less than those numbers ( or a +0 offset ) instead of using spacers.

I should probably add, my current truck does not have it, and the Bronco would rarely be used. She's never been behind the wheel of the truck in 2 years, and the same will likely happen with the Bronco....esp if I go manual!
