I'm getting what sounds like a metal on metal chirp/squeak from the back seat area when driving over small abrupt bumps that jostle my four door side to side. I'll be watching this thread closely.

I do see your clearance issue there. Also looks like the center of balance for the two door top is directly over the rack mount slots which is fortunate. I figured I needed to use all four mount slots on the four door top. I never tried just the aft slots. I may experiment with that a little.

Thanks Fly, I bent them myself. I bought 6 precut plates online. The extras were for a prototype and a spare if I botched up a bend. It was just a garage project. I don't have any plans to produce them.

My garage has a low ceilings and limited room for maneuvering the top during removal and reinstalling. A fixed low profile sling was my solution. Parts are 4 4"x12" 1/8" plates (12 gauge would probably be strong enough as well) bent to a 40° and 140° angle. 3 2ft 14g unistrut 2. 4ft 14g unistrut...

Bendy Bigfoots or mini Stretch Armstrongs, I wouldn't refuse either. Seems like a pricey option tho. How much are people spending on the ducks anyway?

Looks great, are the tires the stock 33" KO2's. I've been considering a ride improvement with different shocks but don't want to go to 35" tires yet. Might not fit thru the garage door!

Same Hood ajar warning triggered alarm event on two occasions in the last sixty days happened to my September of 22 Built Bronco Badlands. Watching thread for actual fix.

Looks like my Garmin Mini 2 dash cam can be fitted there when I remove the top.

Thanks, The Bronco has been great! Looking forward to trying a drive with the top removed. I did pick up the manual transmission noise at around 2000 miles. It does seem to be a cold weather issue for the most part.
