Wow, I checked the Amazon page and on the size chart it says even these bad boys won't fit a 315/70/17 tire.

Yeah I tried with a Hefty lawn bag and it still didn't fit. I mean jeez, I know these tries are fairly big from the factory but certainly not bigger than some heavy duty truck assemblies.

Actually, hold the phone: I received a message from fourwheelcovers.com, the company where I purchased my tire cover:
"We do not recommend adding anything to the tire cover because the chemicals good [sic] mess with the ink. We recommend using a warm wash cloth with water to clean the tire cover."

Update: Another forum member designed a custom 3D bracket to mount the camera below the rollbar in the rear. Stuck on the Mini 2 with the included adhesive pad, ran the wire along the rollbar and plugged the unit into the 12v power adapter on the right of the trunk. Works great!
