Pizza tracker is back up…. No change still shows in production. A have a tear tag, how would I find out if there is a quality control or component availability issue?

Unfortunately the Ford pizza tracker has not worked for my order/VIN since 4:00pm yesterday. Tear tag populated yesterday 8:00am. No email, no change in the order track app.
