  1. PET BARRIER / ACCESSORIES ?

Not something we'd have bought for ourselves, but was a neat raffle prize. I'm a fan of the Petco special, the door latch lasts at least as long as the plastic does before it cracks, and a single person can get it in and out of the back of an SUV without needing Aleve the next day.
  2. PET BARRIER / ACCESSORIES ?

We won one of those at a Ducks Unlimited event and good lord that might be the most overbuilt thing I've come across, it's phenomenal. Got to be around 70 lbs, too, getting it in and out of anything is a chore.
  3. PET BARRIER / ACCESSORIES ?

Will do a little thread resurrection and share what I stumbled on on Amazon. Might just give it a try. Weimaraner! Love those goofy bastards.
  4. Aviation Photo and BS thread

Working on my CFI, so way more ground than flying lately. Kids going back to school hasn't helped with making progress, starting to think I need to find an accelerated program somewhere and burn some PTO. I absolutely adore the 190 and 195, and that one is a beaut! Hey, I remember that! Was...
  5. Texas Factory Steel Rear Bumper w/ Sensors w/o Sasquatch $250

Where did you get ahold of one with the 'squatch endcaps if you don't mind me asking? Looking to make the same swap myself
  6. HD surround vision sucks

The 360 camera isn't BMW/MB/Audi great, but it's still pretty good. My only beef with it is it will alter the exposure of the side view cameras based on the amount of light the front/rear cameras see and which direction you're going (pull into a dark garage with the front camera on and you see...
  7. New double sunrider top spotted in development!

Very interested in this. Glad I got the hardtop for our toasty summers and precip-heavy winters/early spring, but I could see putting something like this on in the in-between stretches that I hesitate to call seasons!
  8. New aftermarket Bronco bumper by Shrockworks

Shrockworks is good people making good stuff, glad to see them supporting the Bronco more!
  9. Torque spec for HD front bumper?

This is a relatively ancient thread, but since it's still one of the top google results, let me add, the torque for the six ea bolts holding the front bumper on is 59 lb.ft (80 Nm)
  10. How did Goodyear get this contract

I'm well aware of that, doing my second one next week. They still sing me the song of their people.
  11. How did Goodyear get this contract

That certainly follows my experience, at least with the domestic brands (BMW still puts honest Michelin and Pirelli rubber on, at least). My favorite example is the old BF Goodrich Long Trail, which when bought off the shelf at your favorite tire shop was a perfectly competent, well-priced HT...
  12. How did Goodyear get this contract

Was with you until this point. If mine were anything approaching quiet, it was for the first hundred miles. With about 7k miles (and one rotation) now they howl on the grooved concrete highways around here, far worse than K02s ever did on a JKU. I was prepared to like them, since they do have...
  13. Wiper Replacement?

Dang, good catch, back up to $11.53 now. Still not a terrible price for a windshield wiper (hate to think of what the last set of Bosch Icons were, and I got a damn good deal on them)
  14. Bronco Among Top Vehicles Priced Over MSRP -- Averaging 21.6% / $8,697 Above MSRP

Also surprised by that one, I (as I'm sure many on here did) seriously looked into a JLUR as a second choice, and getting one ordered under MSRP, and delivered in 3ish month no less, was not going to be a challenge.
  15. Bronco Raptor Wheel Offset confirmation?

For better or for worse, just about everything they make is 0 offset. Damn shame, I'd love a set of the Patrol HDs in the +20-30mm range
  16. Michelin Defender Tires installed!!!

I've used them since they've been convenient as can be to both my place of work and home, and have done so for quite a few years, but their prices have gone up lately and appointment times no longer get you serviced when you show up on time it seems. Will definitely be shopping around before...
  17. Michelin Defender Tires installed!!!

I'm up to 6200 miles on mine and just did a five-tire rotation myself, which turned out to be a bit of false economy not wanting to pay DT to do it, the spare was not properly balanced from the factory and has quite a vibration at highway speeds, so it looks like I'm paying them anyways and just...
  18. Michelin Defender Tires installed!!!

With the escalation in tire prices over the last two years, Sasquatch take-offs can be one of the better deals for 35" (well, 35-ish) tires, regardless of what tire it is. The K02s I wish they had used in the first place are now $2100 for a set of five installed from Discount Tire. The...
  19. Michelin Defender Tires installed!!!

I sure hope Michelin sees an opportunity with the volume of Ford, Dodge and Jeep vehicles hitting the road in the past few years with the 315/70r17s and start making the LTX in that size (ideally in something less than load range E). Had a set on my old Frontier, and for a 95% on-road use AT...
