You can produce as many as you want in a month. If you canāt deliver it to the dealership what good are the production numbers. My OBX has been produced since early January, but sits on a rail car in Chicago/Indiana. I see the point of trying to put a group of rail cars together going west, but...
Youāre in Fontana?
how much do you want for it and does it come with the two mounting brackets? I am pulling off OEM plastic bumper.
how long have you had it?
Thatās a good point. Although almost every bronco Iāve seen that doesnāt have SAS package has changed out to a larger tire. Iām in the heavy duty truck industry..thereās always a concern about single tires on narrow axles. OEM forces you to spec wide track axle sets so you donāt have issues...
Thanks for all the great information.
Question on tires. Iāve seen many running 32ā/33ā KO2 or KO3ās. Iām leaning towards the Nitto ridge grappler. What is everybody running for little off-road, mainly pavement princess. Decent traction, but not super loud.
Do you base on temperature and...
On an OBXā¦..āClose to stock back spacingā meaning no chassis or suspension mods needed? Just mount the 285/70R 17ās. Always thinking about bump stops. Going with steel 17ā. Stock OBX are hideous.
Ford specing system - roof rack, thereās a fine print note that āsatellite radio could be affectedā. Really wanted a rack on my OB coming in, but decided against it.
Been having spotty issues with Sirius on our other vehicles in Southern California, Has been happening the past 12 months...
Saw the thread, and had to ask.
Revolution question without having to recalibrate.
255 series on OB is 629 revs. Looking to put wider tires onā¦..revs could be up to 10 revs +\- either way. At what point would I notice speedometer off dramatically?
I deal with 4 x 4 and 6 x 6 class 7/8 trucks...
Scheduled to come into Miraloma. Dealership not far away from there.
Need to let it play out and see what happens. Hopefully no issues in the Midwest due to weather.
Thanks for the info. 6Ć139.7?
Could you provide the name of the eBay seller? Same wheel via Ford dealer $140 per. Local OfferUp or Facebook $85-$100 per.
Thanks for the info.
Youāre spot on. Need to make sure the revs are close. I found a 285/70R 17 thatās a few revs off from the stock 255. Shouldnāt be a big deal. Just so hard to find aftermarket steel that look decent.. Iāll keep searching. If not, go OEM.
Good to hear there shouldnāt be...
2024 OB coming in next month. Hard time finding decent steel wheels in 18ā or 17ā. Every aftermarket is pushing alloy. Must be stronger demand. My belief steel is stronger, better bead, less expensive to buy/replace.
Looking to possibly powder coat body color and mount 17 x 7.5 OEM steelIes...
Thanks for supply great photos and the links. Curious how the dash cam is mounted and powered. OEM opening to mount? or aftermarket add on? How did you power it. Didnāt see a cord.
