Well, now I'm a little scared. I haven't gotten a single email since I ordered, so I wouldn't know if I got one as well. Though mine is still showing built with a tear tag. But not shipped yet.
I'm still going back and forth between one of those and a hoist for the garage ceiling. Probably going to go with the hoist, but they're just so damn expensive to do right.
That's only if you're selling the car. If you're keeping it for 10 years, it's not particularly relevant.
I'm still not going to finance unless it's massively in my favor (Sure, I'll take a loan at 0%, why not). But it's not as bad as you make it sound.
I laughed out loud when my dealer told me the best they could do was 8.9%. In this environment, if you can't afford to pay cash, you can't afford it. The loan they suggested would have had me paying $20k+ in interest.
I have the 2.3 in my Ranger. It's not bad at all, I just wanted a little more for the Bronco, since it's a big ol' brick. Especially if I decide running premium is worth it and get the tune.
That's QUICK! I'm out by you in Canada, maybe an hour further from the border. I wonder if mine will be that fast. Looks like an almost identical build.
I've got the opposite problem! I've got a 3/8 blend date and I'm leaving on a work trip Monday for 10 days. It's only coming right over the border from the factory, so it'll be on a truck. I just know it's going to end up sitting at the dealer and I'm going to be in South America wishing I was...
