  1. BRONCO 2DR 2021-2023 OE ROOF RACK - Broken "Claws"

I too have seen this defect reported elsewhere. Some engineer really screwed the pooch on this one. I kind of wish I could do a forensic analysis of the structure. It doesn't seem like a stress fracture from loading and it's difficult to imagine poor packaging could cause such a catastrophic...
  2. Badge Delete/Replacement featuring Outlaw Studio

    Is the material laser-cut wood?
  3. Bronco meets cow (not in a good way)

I'd say this puts him on the horns of a dilemma. All I can truly say is that I've got a fever and the only cure is more cowbell.
  4. Removeable Hoop Steps

I believe that at least one of the sets of flaps that Ford offers are designed to be used with the oem rock rails installed. They are shaped to allow the rail to pass through the flap.
  5. Removeable Hoop Steps

Of course, that may explain why they seem to be scarce in the wild. Sometimes, because of supply issues, things like these steps can be like buying unobtainion with which to build.
  6. Removeable Hoop Steps

Geez Louise, what's up with that? That's a hell of a markup.
  7. Removeable Hoop Steps

Thanks! And I think I figured out the issue regarding the steps and their availability. My guess is that Ford is not making them available to customers outside of ordering them on a vehicle. Perhaps due to availability? My Bronco was rejected by the party that ordered it and I purchased it from...
  8. Removeable Hoop Steps

Well heck, call me a biscuit and lather me with butter, you're just the person I need to talk to! I've actually been looking for these oem steps for which I have zero information. I couldn't find them on the Ford accessories site. Can you provide me with any links and part numbers? TIA
  9. Removeable Hoop Steps

Your pic is of the rock rail, he is asking about the removable factory steps (which I do not believe are available any longer) that attach to the rails. I THINK that's what the question is about.
  10. Bronco meets cow (not in a good way)

Is it Bronco MEATS cow? Sorry for your loss but do you get to fire up the grill at least?
  11. Show us your custom Sasquatch stickers, decals, badges..... 👣

I found the following items at a local craft mall today.
  12. When I use Forscan BdyCM Module doesn't appear

You may be having a license issue with Forscan (I did). These kinds of issues are rarely obvious. In my experience the only way to "fix" the problem is to ensure your license is active and that you have the most recent version of Forscan. Once I did those two things everything ran smooth as...
  13. I got lucky tonight...

You got lucky? Hey! This is a family forum, ya know?! Wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more....
  14. Oracle Spare Tire Wheel Lights

Firstly, I'm not certain that the trim level impacts fitment in this case. I think all trim levels have the same tire carrier (mine happens to be BD). Having said that, I found it to be pretty easy to install. Took about 15 minutes. The orientation of the hoop on which the lights are mounted is...
  15. My DIY A-Pillar Grab Handle Install

Were you looking for constructive feedback/criticism or just general praise? If you're going to publicize your ideas you should expect both IMHO.
  16. My DIY A-Pillar Grab Handle Install

I feel like I'm riding the fence on this one. The solution for a grab handle (from the perspective of an automotive design engineer) mounted in proximity to the air bag makes me very nervous. Having been in a roll over accident where the side airbags deployed leaves me even more concerned about...
  17. ORACLEs return policy and customer service are TERRIBLE [UPDATE: RESOLUTION OFFERED]

Right or wrong, forums have traditionally been a place for people to vent their frustration. Sometimes they do so without adequate context, leaving the reader confused. At least it keeps the vendors on their toes with regard to customer support. Here we can see the response of Oracle and perhaps...
  18. AR | BRONCO Modular Roof Rack for 2-Door and 4-Door

Sometimes engineers/designers fall in love with their own product and lose objectivity.
  19. AR | BRONCO Modular Roof Rack for 2-Door and 4-Door

I get what he is saying. Although technically the rack may fall within the theoretical intersection of the side and top of the roof, it looks larger and oversized. It is an aesthetic opinion, yes, but valid. It "feels" like the rack is too wide.
  20. Something doesn't seem right......

I didn't have the patience to read through this entire post but here's what I think. The trim was designed for a mechanical parking brake lever, not an electronic switch. Therefore the trim has unnecessary clearance. Probably done late before production release and not worth the expense of...
