I agree. Easy answer. They will say anything for us to not bother them. I am pretty sure it is the hardtop issue. I am still waiting on my 6-16 build date and losing my excitedness by the second.
My dealer finally found out that my vin (which was a 6-16 blend date)was part of the ones that were being checked for quality control issues. Prob the roof. No estimate of arrival was given though. So âIn productionâ I wait.
Mine was a blend date of 6/16 and is still stuck in production. 4d big bend, MIC. No helpful info from anyone. I may try Ford on social media too! Thanks for the suggestion.
Mine says 6/29 when I flip. Still no Bronco to be found. Though, I drove by MAP last night and there were at least 100 of them sitting there. I am sure mine is one of them, hiding in a corner(âno one puts baby in a cornerâ).
I think the majority of us are willing to wait for them to fix the QC issues. The issue is more around the communication, or lack thereof. I think we all would feel delighted to get an email saying âafter our detailed QC process, your vehicle has been identified as one of the vehicles with the...
Mine was mid June and still no word. They have the vin numbers and customer details. Send them an update on their specific status. Thatâs what we want.
I had to walk into the dealer and speak to the inventory manager directly since I wasnât get any decent response from my sales guy and the responses I did get were that they knew nothing more than I did. Maybe give that a try too?
I was told Quality control and invoicing issues so you are right that it isnât a logistical issue. Mine was built on June 16th. One month ago. I guess the silver lining is that they caught anything wrong before it got in our hands only for us to give it back. :/
Mine was built on June 16th, confirmed by both Ford customer service and the dealership. However I never received an email. I still donât have my bronco one month after the build date. It was supposed to have shipped on 6/30. The dealership found out Ford was having issues with invoicing. I told...
Mine was built and completed on June 16th and I still do not have a built email. The dealer found out that it is done but still just sitting in the MAP lot. They were told that there are invoicing issues which is why I donât have mine yet, and I live 30 min from the MAP. Iâd rather it be...
Mine is this exact situation. Built on 6-17 and not a word from Ford. I live in the Detroit area too so I am about ready to swing by and get it myself!
Yes! I live in Detroit and figured I would be an early delivery date since mine was produced on June 17th. It still says âin productionâ on the tracker but CS said it in fact was built. They have no other info and it is killing me! The dealer said they will try to have their inventory manager...
I am wondering the same thing. Customer service said my big bend was built on June 17th. The tracker still says âin productionâ. Ford customer service can provide no further info. Nor can my dealer. I also saw that my name does not appear in the customer name field, so I wonder if that is the...
When I put my vin and order number the info pops up about the car but not my customer name. My big bend mid package has been built since June 17th per convo with customer service but is just sitting there with no delivery date. The tracking tool still says âin productionâ and I was told there is...
