Finished the installation of my Midland MXT275 GMRS radio. I used the Mountains 2 Metal mounting bracket to install it behind the glove box. Still waiting on my IAG Molle bracket for the passenger side of the console. That's where I'll hang the handset. For now I just have it laying in console...

Update to ditching factory running boards. Installed the IAG Rock Rails today. I think it looks much with them than the factory running boards. Having three arms would have come in handy but I managed to get them installed without hurting me, my ride or the rails! Only thing is I can no longer...

I had a new Lariat FX4 on order with no projected build date. Three days after I bought my Bronco I got an email from Ford stating my Ranger was being built in a month. My Bronco is awesome but at times I do miss having a truck. Wish I could have both! Don't think the bank account would like that.

Tell me about it! I have Midland GMRS radio waiting to be installed. New lug nuts and some other goodies on the way. I'm holding off on getting new tires until the end of summer. I have a trip coming up and the tires on it will be good for that.

It hasn't rattled at all. The mounting can be a little tricky. Having a third hand would've been great but I got it installed eventually.

Tackform is the mount I used. Works really well for me.

Tell me about it! I did the same thing when I bought my 2019 Ranger FX4. It's like a drug...once you start you can't stop. Lol

I really like it. It hasn't moved at all. I keep it set to right of the radio screen that way it's not blocked but still gives me easy access.

I'm wanting to replace the 2 piece lug nuts with a one piece style. I've seen the M14 x 1.5 60⁰ and the M12 x 1.5 60⁰ listed for the Bronco. Which is the correct one? 2024 OB stock wheels. Thanks
