My only real critique is leaving the wheel well curve in the back door. Same lazy thing Jeep has done with the Gladiator. Makes the extended frame too obvious visually.

Except until the Sport, none were unibody and the Bronco II had a steel roof, although fixed and not even the rear windows were removable as originally planned.

If you use it as only a spare, assuming you will repair/replace the flat as soon as possible(ie. under 100 miles) it is not going to cause any real harm. I have had and used the OEM size tire (31inch) as a spare on my Wrangler for decade with 33s as the running tires. The typical Jeep issues...
