Mine was only on the passenger side as well. Could have been that I didn't have it hand tightened enough. I haven't really messed with it since I tightened it down, weather is still crap here so I haven't taken the top panels off.
Are you talking about the top bolts above the roll bar? I had squeaking as well after installing these that started to drive me nuts. Tightening them down with the tool in the bronco toolkit fixed the problem for me. Sucks won't be able to take them off by hand, but it's better than squeaking...
This is a great idea. It is kind of hard getting the doors on/off solo. More so getting them back on, especially without damaging anything. Having a cart to raise/lower them would help out big time. Keep us updated if you end up building one!
Was it that they stopped paying him, or that they wouldn't let him keep the Bronco? I know the ambassador program just loaned these Bronco's out to these content creators.
Either way it's a bummer. Major Tom was how I found his channel, and an inspiration towards my own personal build. Sad to...
Very cool. Definitely an option. I'm still up in the air between this, Goose Gear, American Adventure Labs, or just a DIY setup.
I did see the post from DeepSleep as well. I just don't see there being enough room with gear to comfortably sleep in the back. Have a ground tent for now, will get...
I had no idea the slide out tailgate fit on the 2 door. How much room is left behind the front seats? I'm looking into rear seat delete options and I may have to add this to the list. I guess it wouldn't be too hard to make something to level the rest out.
I already sold mine and upgraded to a higher trim but..
I ordered a 2 door Big Bend in October of 2021, and was built by May of 2022. It got stuck due to a chip hold until mid June.
Cool setup.
I ended up getting a Gazelle T4 Overlander Edition. REI had a sale and I got one for %20 off. Will put some money aside until the GFC Superlite V2 eventually comes out.
So, I've flipped again and decided that I think I may want to try this setup. Is there a parts list, or videos I can watch to guide along with doing this? I'm aiming for the AAL setup with the batteries in the back storage area.
My Bronco worked for a few days, then completely stopped connecting for a full month. As of Friday, my sync updated in my Bronco, and ford pass app is working again.
I think I will go for a power station and see how it goes. Anker has a sale going right now, I think either a 1,000-1,500 watt station should fit my needs. Thank you for the information. If I ever decide I'd like to go on longer trips, I will definitely consider getting an aux battery setup...
Is this something I'd be able to do on my own? I'm pretty inept when it comes to electrical, but I'm mechanically inclined and I'm good at following YouTube videos lol.
I like the AAL setup in the rear storage area.
I'm interested in being able to run my fridge in the back + charge camera...
These are in great condition. These are the NON SIGNATURE headlights. Only used for 500 miles. No broken tabs, scratches, or anything wrong with them.
Asking $600 + shipping, or local pickup available in Cleveland, OH
Already packed in the box and ready to ship.
How do I disconnect this cable? I believe it’s for the front camera on the Badlands. In the process of doing a headlight swap and need to take the grill off.
